abodyinprogress Hey, man - I appreciate the verbal dope-slap! :-) I believe I am working myself pretty hard - trying out programs that do seem to push me good. I gained 10 pounds of muscle in the 2nd 12-week block of bulking. But yeah, diet is my weak point. I'm eating BETTER than I did last year, and MUCH better than the year before, but still got a lot of changes to make and soon. Sep 22, 2011 1:54am
