I have done that. Some are tight and smooth others look like a step down from figure. Some I was like how did you win!! The filling in is for after the show. I can't keep living off of peanut butter. My next show will be April or May so I have time to just training and chill, I hope!!
I keep telling myself that I am so ready to eat. I can't go crazy. So I will probably go up to one carb meal per day. Then two and leave it at that for a while. I got to fill out but keep it tight while I do it.
Hey the new job is alot more demanding than I anticipated. The best thing is I get an 1 hr and half lunch. Meet me at the gym for lunch!! That is my new thing now. I am stuck at 143 all this week. I guess that water will have to drop the other 5. I start to deplete tomorrow.
Thanks! The rear lat spread one really turned out well. Yeah according to the calipers I dropped about 0.5-1%in bf, which I think means little more muscle is starting to come off. But will up the protein a little to hopefully counter-balance it. But learning process. Maybe next round I'll be having a little more veins popping thru.
That's awesome man! So happy for you! Always good to feel bigger at a lower weight, which mean when you do pass up 258, you will be a beast. And great job on the lifts. No doubt you got it in you. One day I hope to bench for reps 315. So what do you think of the new round of pics? -T
Posted new round of pics for your viewing pleasure. Bf dropped a little, at least according to the calipers. But interstingly enough I feel much leaner and still have full muscles, although the strength isn't quite there. But could be the cold that is coming on. -T
Cool! Glad to know that one. I'm realizing myself I'm definitely due for a week off from the weights. Strength not there, little irritable and difficulty sleeping are all classic signs of overtraining. It'll be good though, rest up, heal up and then back to busting my butt to keep as much muscle on me while I cut.
Cool, cool! Keep on massing man. My theory is a good beastmaster is a freakin huge beastmaster. So did you take time off or are you coming back from an injury? I know you probably told me it before, but can't remember. Must be getting old, the memory is starting to go. lol
Hey Beastmaster! I have recently shaken things up a bit & changed my routine-doing bootcamp at my gym and crossfit w/a trainer. Love em both! When is your next competition???
Thanks man. Appreciate it. My main goal with this cut is primarily prove to myself I can do it, as all previous attempts failed about 2-3 weeks into them. And not really shooting for competition quality or really low bf, mainly just to bring the blubber into line. I'm shooting for 8%, but will be satisfied with 10%. Can always cut again too.
