How I Started:
I started working out to increase my strength, endurance, power, and to improve my apft.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is all about selfinmprovement which is what i am about.
How I Stay Motivated:
by seeing little results and gettin compliments from people, just improvement
BB Accomplishments:
barbell curling 105 for 5 reps and 185 for 5 reps ( as small as that sounds), i came a long way. My biggest accomplishment is improvin my apft from a 230 to 346.
