I was always the little guy in school, so one day I decided to go to the local YMCA and start lifting, by my senior year in high school I was placing first in powerlifting competions around the tri-state area.
Why I Love It:
I just enjoy being healthy and staying fit. I feel great and you look better when your in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wasn't working out or doing much of any type or exercise for a good year or so. Then when I went back to training in MMA again I injured myself. Now I'm ready to be the best fighter I can be. So my motivation... To wear a championship belt around my waist.

I'm ready to get off my ass and back into "fight shape"
Goal (Long):
I stopped working out for about a year or so and then went to start training for MMA again and injured myself. This kept me from a HUGE oppurtunity to be known as a legit fighter. Now I am ready to get off my lazy ass and get back into "fight shape" and be the best that I can be in the ring/cage.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
