hahah hey I just read your comment and realised what it said. I've walked past Starbucks quite a few times and don't go many places without my McDeath/Triple J bag. If the person's hair was crazy, it was probably me.

Hey saw your comment wondering how you can minimise leg pain the next day.. I find a hot shower at the gym straight after doing legs works WONDERS. Hope it helps! Awesome progress too.

That's a good leg press for a casual lifter! You're so lucky that you stay in good shape even without any training. I have to do quite a bit of cardio to stay as lean as you are. When are you thinking of doing the comp?

Hey! Training's been going great. I've joined a new gym! It's pretty sweet. Before that I just worked out at my school gym (not much equipment, no cardio machines etc.) so now I'm getting more serious about it. Also I'm working on lowering my bf (more cardio machines + classes is working for me) and I've made some progress.
How are you going with life?

my diet, is vegetarian. I eat lots of vegetables, lots of protein, quite a bit of fat (not too much I don't think) and hardly any grains at all. I'm trying to drop bf% at the moment. More through cardio though.

Yes it's great at the moment! I've got back into using my elbow again, because I damaged some nerves in my elbow and had to not bend it with weights etc. for like 3 months now. My bench sucks! And I've lost my triceps...
Garrr!

Hey cheers! I cut it off the other week though. Training's going alright, I'm sort of recovering from an injury which stopped me from doing heaps of stuff. Sort of two injuries, so I've got to lean down quite a bit. But I'm doing it! And my bench sucks now.. sigh.
