The HPE teacher at school reckoned it would help with athletics. Now I go to the weights room instead of athletics training
Why I Love It:
I have recently come to the sharp and unfortunate relisation that I am hopeless at any and every sport- except weightlifting/bodybuilding. I'm alright at that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, beach holidays, I want to be good at what I'm doing.

about 74 or 73kg here. Too much fat! But a decent amount of muscle.

meat and dairy (cows milk products) are the biggest disease causing foods, raw goats milk ok jesus said you can drink raw goats milk it takes 20 min to digest raw goats milk as where it takes 3-4 hours for cows milk I guess jesus knows what he is talking about :)

hi annie well i was at starbucks and saw you walk pass a couple of times i thought that looks like annie. Yeah i have been raw vegan for 1 1/2 years its not hard once you go off meat you feel much better and think how did i ever eat it in the first place.

umm at the moment im not doing any training and i usually dont.. sometimes ill get bored and go to the gym but then school work gets in the way.. i pretty much hate cardio though.. and the only cardio i do is skipping.. arms i do light weights cause my arms arent that strong but on legs i leg press about 110kj

Hey! No, i don't just protein and a bunch of vitamins...but i always wonder if i should...i don't think it would hurt, in fact, one time i tried my brothers for a week...tasted great but don't think i took it long enough to see results. What about you, do you recommend it? -ash
