My 12-Week Challenge
My Fiancee and I are doing a 12-Week challenge to kick off our weight loss. The program I wil be doing is called the Hollywood Workout, which is based on the workout Ryan Reynolds did for Blade Trinity. It focuses more on the Clavical region of the body. I have done it before so I know it well.
The diet isn't low carb, but low Grains with High Protein and normal Fat Contact. I am starting out at 222 lbs and my goal is to be under 200lbs by March 31st, 2013. My Overall goal is to be around 185 for my wedding on September 14th, 2013.

Well last week was disappointing! I didnt stick to my diet at all the second half of the week and I missed a workout on Thursday! Really disappointed with myself. This week is a makeup week. No "cheat meals" and no booze! Last week just had a few work happy hours, a company party, and we went to the book of mormon! Which was hilarious by the way! After day 2 of my workout I weighed in at 219.4 this morning. So far I have lost 2.2 Lbs in the first two days. Glad this is happening, but cant take it for granted as it will slow down dramatically soon! On Yesterday Arms. Yesterday was my first Arm day and I thought it went well. There were A TON of people in the gym. Now, I am not going to pretend I have never been one of those people to have a New Years Resolution goal and hit the gym the first two months... Go to BodyBlog

Woke up today sore! Feels good to wake up sore, especially when my abs are sore. I hit abs lightly for the first time in almost 2 years! Its pretty sad when I think about it! I did kneeling roll outs with a barbell, weighted reverse crunches on a Bosu ball, decline twists throwing a med ball to the ground and back extensions. Just posted my first 3 pics. One Front, One Side, One Back. Really depressing I have let myself get to this condition. All the more motivation to get back into shape! First day of the 12-week transformation, off to the gym in a few minutes! Traps and Shoulders today!
