Got started around 12, just lifting in my garage on a simple bench and few dumbells. Got more serious when I started highschool football. After college ball, i started bodybuilding training.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of it all. Watching my body grow and change.

I'm a pretty motivated person, so just the need for improvement is enough.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I grunt, hey man, whatever it takes to get it done.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Upper body days i usually wear pants with a cut off shirt. Lower body days i'm usually overly hot so i'm wearing shorts and a cut off.

Question, do you eat the rice cakes to satisfy hunger, or just for the low calorie and high carb count? just wondering, cause I'm trying to stay away from carbs, to cut that body fat
