bearagun 6 months ago I tore meniscus on both knees squating twice my weight. I no longer lift with my ego just cojones (but smart ones). NEVER QUIT!

bearagun ALL SETS TO FAILURE, regardless of reps. Jack up the weight and bust to failure again. DTP style...feel the pain.

JohnSpinazzola The roller is a big foam cylinder that you roll on top of on your side of the leg from knee to hip. This massages and loosens the IT band. You can find good examples on YouTube. The IT band runs from your hip to your knee. If its to tight it can cause pain and swelling on the knee. I didn't believe in it but started doing pre leg workouts because I heard it help loosen the muscles so they'll grow bigger. The knee getting better was a pleasant side effect. Sep 18, 2012 2:16am

JohnSpinazzola I have similar knee issues for years. Mine swell below knee cap on outer side of leg. Started wearing braces with the hole for knee cap and doing the leg roller. The roller seems to help me alot. I've been able to lose the braces and still no pain. Great change in your physique in a few weeks. Keep it up & good luck with the knees. Sep 17, 2012 6:57pm
