How I Started:
I have been working out since college when I got lured into the state of the art fitness facility there. I am finding it harder after 30 so am attempting to get back into a fitness habit.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of confidence in having a good figure and health. I love feeling confident and not stressing about wardrobe or body image issues. The energy and self focus are also wonderful benefits that I don't often put first in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am constantly looking at magazines and feel like if they can achieve certain results so can I. I also love fashion and wearing whatever I want without having to buy things that are out to hide something or the other.
I'm still eating healthy but have only been hitting the 3 workouts a week. I've yet to get back to 5x. BUT I could barely walk last weekend so the hormones are probably kicking in. Reading online my pelvic bones may be seperating in preparation for labor with the hormones and ligaments...
