I want to gain 8 to 10 pounds by summer continue to eat clean, and hit the river with my kayak
Goal (Long):
I want to put on a little more size but at the same time keep my body nice and lean. I've always had a high metabolism so it's tough for me to put on weight, my body burns it up too fast. Some people envy that but it drives me nuts.
I've taken about a four month lay off from the gym. I've started a new job in a new city and the ball is about to start rolling again. I just got my gym membership and I have a fairy solid routine that has given me above average results. I'm looking for a few pointers on putting on...

Sorry to hear about your injury, it always sucks to come off one and get back to where you left off!! Training is coming along, its a slow process but the results are totally worth it.

I was benching heavy last week and started feeling pain in my pec. I think I just strained a muscle in it cause if i wouldve tore something i'd really be hurting. It's frustrating as hell though. How's training going for you?
training is going well, doing a lot of heavy / olympic stuff right now for the next 4-6wks or so. how about yourself? congrats on getting back into the gym!
