Thanks for the kind words. Yeah man -- holiday season is the best for food! :) I'm a fricken pig these days, but I'm working hard trying to gain, so it's helping. LOL. Training is going well. Schedule's a little off, but I'm still getting everything in. Lifting is going well! I'm making strength gains!!! Now, if I could just gain more size. Neverending story. LOL.

its been cold here this week!! into the 30's at night. it just started to rain again. i hate it! haha. but should warm up just in time for my bday next week. training is going great this week. legs and butt are sore from squats last night. tomorrow is chest.

Thx bud for your advise! Don't worry, I really appreciate your help. I've trying to bulk for 3 months, but no results. I'll try to increase my protein intake, though I can't take whey or other supplements, I don't feel comfortable when I take them.

hey man thanks! im trying to get as solid as you! you know everyone keeps telling me that my abs are still visible so if i drop more bf, then i will look better. so thats what im working on now while trying to add lean mass.

I'm glad your hand is already ok. My workouts are ok too, just i'm having a hard time to gain weight. I got more definition, but can't add muscle mass. Guess need to keep on working hard. Results shall come!

Hello matey, im glad to hear that your fitness and your diet are going well. I went on a cruise to the western carribbean, it was outstanding, highly recommend a cruise its great fun and activity, free gyms on board too. :) stay fit
