I was tired of being skinny and tired of smoking. I had to find a way to quit and working out was the answer to my prayers. After working out with no real goals for about 3 months I decided to get a little more serious but still have fun while trying to sculpt my body. I have been hooked on bodybuilding ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps me disciplined and keeps me healthy. I love the feeling I get after leaving the gym and the anticipation I have while I wait to go back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing results and feeling better each day I wake up at 6am and hit the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 200lbs

Took my American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer test yesterday and PASSED!!!! Hardest test I've ever taken, but well worth it!! Goes to show you can do ANYTHING with hard work, persistence, and determination.
