How I Started:
I wanted to lose about 40 pounds, so I joined the gym and started taking a step aerobics class and then decided to hire a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting new goals and I enjoy it when others are motivated to workout because of the my decision to change my life.

I lost over 40 pounds and 30 inches in one year!

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
