Hi! Looking' GREAT!!! can u give me some diet advice? I must be a high oxidizer cuz I'm constanly craving junk and eat overall ok, but really bad on the little cheats here and there. Help!!

Hey gurl!! I couldnt find u for a while!? how ya been? me - ok. Switching things up and doubling my cardio and taking two weeks off from lifting. Trying to shock my body to DO something!!! lol

Thanks for telling me your routine! my gym is too frickin' busy lately and the machines are all SO close together! I have to stick to the backroom for abs unfortunately most days, think I should just do more of what I'm already doing? or are there some other floor exercises you think are good? I'm wondering if I'm missing parts of my abs with what I'm doing...

Hi! love the av pic! lookin' great!! :) got a sec to give me some ab advice? after each workout I do a short ab routine of 20 crunches, drop knees left and do 20 oblique crunches, then 20 reg crunches, then 20 right , then back to center for 20 with no break. (total of 100 crunches) I need to change it up a bit, not seeing results - any tips? Thx! and Good luck on your next show!

Ok!Lets do it!I'm going to the gym tonite@6. Im so friggin disgusted with myself! Im so weak when it comes to food! Wanna compare some dieting stuff? For a quick meal, i toast 1/2 a multi-grain english muffin and mix one can of chix (i drain it and rinse it to get rid of some sodium) and mix it w/ a bit of fat free miracle whip and put it on the eng. muffin.

Hey you! How u been? Staying on track? I'm starting a diet... again... so bummed about seeing so little progress. I know it's my eating. why does food have to taste so good??!! let me know if you've found any GOOD easy recipes... : )

Yeah, I know what u mean!! this time of year sucks cuz its just not warm enuff yet! Go try on a few swimsuits and take a pic - that'll motivate you! get some self-tanner, thats helping me ! and as it gets warmer u may lose a little bit too - i usually go down about 5 lb's when it gets warmer.

Hey - one more thing - you mentioned in a blog that you need something for a quick burst of energy - I have a bad heart so I only drink 1/3 of a bottle at a time, but TurboTea (peach or raspberry) by ABB works GREAT!! its easier and works faster than coffee and it doesnt last as long as coffee - doesnt keep me up that night! Try it and see what you think!

Yeah!! They gotta be able to come up with SOME kind of lighting to make us look TAN! totally right - they'd sell way more. men must be in charge. (ha ha - just kidding! sorta) Heading to the gym tomorrow? I cant wait to do legs again Monday - my butt is feeling harder! abs - got some work to do yet... a little smooshy from all the holiday cheating!

Hi! I made it to all 3 workouts this week. Finally! felt great! How about you? just keep going!! summer is just around the corner! Target has all their new suits in already - can u believe that?! They do have the worst dressing room lighting around though.. lol

I know right!!? Slow progress IS a killer! Winter always makes me hang on to a few extra lbs. hate that! we gotta keep at it! it'll pay off - if it was easy,everyone would be fit right? So plan your workout tomorrow and tell me what u did ok? I will too. Dont let me down! lol! I'll be checking!

Wow! we are snowed in really bad! I'm stuck in my house with all these Christmas cookies, cakes & pies! uh oh. I think I'm gonna move them to the far side of the garage so it'll be too cold for me to want to go get at them! lol. I'm not sick!-its a miracle! All 3 workouts last week and going back tomorrow. did u do that ab contest? and what did u find out!! pm me k?
