How I Started:
I've always been physically fit. Then I wanted to start to getting bigger. So I had my friend keep making me go to the gym with him. Eventually it became a part of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its something that I can see results in. Its a great hobby that keeps you in shape and betters you health.
How I Stay Motivated:
It was really hard to stay motivated because it takes forever for me to gain any type of muscle and seems pointless at times.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 140lbs to 148lbs.
I'm on a goal to go from 148lbs to 158 in 16weeks.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I get online and look up pictures of other people that I wanna look like. This helps me stay motivated and sets me up for a good workout.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I have a notebook that I write down everywork that I do. I plan my workout a day prior. I don't write it down in my log until I have finished as sometimes things change in the middle of the workout.
