At 46 I thought it would be interesting and a challenge to see if I could achieve 6 pac abs. Seeing many of the BodySpace entries of guys my age is truly inspiring.

How I Stay Motivated:
As narcissistic as it sounds, the mirror is a great motivator. Fitting well in clothes and seeing a trim body at middle age is very motivating.
Ok, before it gets out of control I am making changes, effective today. My diet has gotten a bit loose...time to tighten it up again and knock off the crap. Also I am changing my workout. Rather than separate body part days, I am doing full body workouts, at high reps and low weights and...

Hey, there. Just stopped by to see how you're doing. Looking great! You've really done an outstanding job. I'm finallg getting back into it after slacking aff a bit over the summer to do some cycling. Anyhow, it feels great to be back into it 5x/wk now.
