At 46 I thought it would be interesting and a challenge to see if I could achieve 6 pac abs. Seeing many of the BodySpace entries of guys my age is truly inspiring.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling and energy it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
As narcissistic as it sounds, the mirror is a great motivator. Fitting well in clothes and seeing a trim body at middle age is very motivating.

Running and using a stair-climber. With running there is a change of scenery, and with the stair-climber, I can put in a movie while working out.
