I started working out right after my second baby, since then its been my dream and goal to have an admirable body. Problem is I cant stay on the program. I see results and then think its enough and stop.
Why I Love It:
It gives you this incredible high, like you accomplished something huge! I feel super energized all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about all the great benefits and about getting ready for the beach!
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet.

Good to hear that you want to keep your curves. Your progress photos show quick improvement on your body. Keep up the good work and you will exceed your goals. :)
You are making good progress and should be very happy. I am glad to see that you are adding some muscle but going to maintain your curves. I think that combo is perfect.
Keep rippin' it up!
Hi Rocio, how have u been? it's been a long time since i logged in to my bodyspace due to my examination. I see u,ve done great progress, u have a pretty face in that pic. So, great job there. wish u the best of luck.
Don't worry about losing your curves...training will only enhance them..and if you do lose your curves I'm sure you won't notice..you have nice wide hips...more to than the average woman should have...you can lose some..give away some..rent some out..lease some...and still have plenty to spare.just keep training..you are a beautiful woman...and as you stand you have a good body..you just need some definition and lose a few pounds and you will be in tick top shape.
