I got depressed and I notice that my legs are getting this bumps of fat and my arms are getting flabby and my stomach is getting bigger. Also i used to wear size 5 and lately i ending up buying size 7 and 8 .My coworker start noticing that i was gaining weight . My friend comments that i should not buy pants instead i should try lose the fat . Then on top of that my family have history of Diabetis . ..Finally i decide to change me ...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it changes my body and it makes me feel good .
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i have goal i follow . The first one is to be able to go to the gym everyday for 3 months. Second is to be able to do cardio in 45 minutes . Third is to able to lift weight and at the end of 3 months do 1 pull ups without supports. Also I pump up myself with a nice up beat music it keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
well i doing it now im into 2 mo of working out

this is recently i weigh 130lbs this when i start my contest
To able to go to workout 5 x a week for 3 mo until july 31 2008
Goal (Long):
My goal is to be fit and healthy... I wanted to compete for the bodybuilding contest this year or the next .... Then before the end of the year i want to be aerobics instructor so i can help people by making all my moves easy and fun ...with intensity .
I just dropped by to wish you much success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Those last 5 lbs will come off if you try to push a little harder each and every workout. Best of luck.
