I got depressed and I notice that my legs are getting this bumps of fat and my arms are getting flabby and my stomach is getting bigger. Also i used to wear size 5 and lately i ending up buying size 7 and 8 .My coworker start noticing that i was gaining weight . My friend comments that i should not buy pants instead i should try lose the fat . Then on top of that my family have history of Diabetis . ..Finally i decide to change me ...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i can see the changes in my body and it makes me feel good .
How I Stay Motivated:
What keeps me motivated is seeing the results of hard workout. The way my body changing into lean muscle and getting stronger...After workout the feeling of accomplishment for myself that no one will take it away ha ha ha.But seriously the feeling of my heart beats fast, the heavy breathing , and the sweats. The more i sweats the more i want to keep going:)
BB Accomplishments:
I achieve my goal on my weight. I am down now to 120 lbs and i increase lifting weights to 10 lbs.:) Cardio is 1hr with the level of 10 to 12 cross intervel
Lately i was wearing my same old clothes when i notice that my clothes are loose ... but my weight is the same .... and i wear size 5 -7 and now im size 3 (pants) and then the shirt i wear small but now i can wear extra small... Is there something wrong ? Because i did not...
