I've always done some sport and lifting but this time I want to take it all the way!
Goal (Long):
I'm not playing football and golf and softball or my cup of tea as of late so getting huge is out of the question ...I need to get back down to 195lb and maintain strength and conditioning. Ive always been semi strong and lifting is not the issue, I want cardio and diet to be a daily part of my life. These next 30day will be used to develop the habit, and the next 30 will be to ramp it up. Bodyfat down to a respectable 9%. At 219 losing 8lbs a month we are looking at Oct 30th. Six pack here we come!
Sadly enough she was banned for her risque photos ...but I think after losing all that weight and gaining some confidence she would be allowed some freedom check her out...some of you might...
There are two more comps coming up in Atlanta this year. One is in July and the other is in August. I'm not doing the NPC July show but I will be doing the SNBF July show. I haven't decided if I'm gonna do the NPC show in August. You should check them out sometimes.

You are totally right. She got sposored by BSN not too long ago, AFTER she went through her transformation. Now she's trying to make it seem the BSN products did the trick. However, some people are THAT gullible. Thanks for understanding.
That's sounds good! Just give me a little bit more time to hit my final after! I have some before shots that are not so hot, believe me; I just hate to post them yet.
Thx for clearing that up. I do beg to disagree though. It's historical fact that the 1621 feast did include Wampanoag Indians (as friends), who helped those Pilgrims survive. That's not sugar-coating history. Now there were plenty of instances of animosity between settlers & Indians over the following decades/centuries, but not on that 1st TG feast. Have a great holiday.
I didn't really expect to hear back on your critique of my Thanksgiving post, because I DID DO MY HOMEWORK, & I provided FACTS about history, not my opinion. Anyway, I hope you & yours have an awesome & blessed Thanksgiving.
