How I Started:
Started in Dec 2007, stopped in Oct 2008, Starting again NOW in Feb 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love to silence that voice in my mind "You can't do another rep" "You've done enough for today" "Take a rest" "You can always workout tomorrow".. slowly it is being replaced my another voice that burns like fire in my mind, screaming "PUSH!!!!".
How I Stay Motivated:
I use my time in the gym to think about all the good things in my life, where I want to go and what I want to do. Seeing everyone's awesome transformations really gets me ready to go lift.

whew.. i think i overdid it on the eating. 12 hours a day and 8 on sunday of hard labor, i was eating probably 6,000 cals thru the day and more when i got home.. and not lifting weights.

Goal (Long):
I wanna be 210 by this time next year (7/27/2010)- with visible muscular gains, and minimal fat gains.
I hope to have hit 16" biceps by then flexed, if not then I will continue until they come.
I want to hit 250 on the dumbells (125 in each hand) also by next year this time.
Dude is just awesome. Backs up all of his claims, teaches people how to get big naturally. Dedicated as hell, loves bodybuilding and lives for it. I wanna learn from this dude.
