Started in Dec 2007, stopped in Oct 2008, Starting again NOW in Feb 2009.
Why I Love It:
I love to silence that voice in my mind "You can't do another rep" "You've done enough for today" "Take a rest" "You can always workout tomorrow".. slowly it is being replaced my another voice that burns like fire in my mind, screaming "PUSH!!!!".
How I Stay Motivated:
I use my time in the gym to think about all the good things in my life, where I want to go and what I want to do. Seeing everyone's awesome transformations really gets me ready to go lift.

whew.. i think i overdid it on the eating. 12 hours a day and 8 on sunday of hard labor, i was eating probably 6,000 cals thru the day and more when i got home.. and not lifting weights.

I want to stay active, fill out my pecs and triceps, build massive legs, continue eating healthy and lifting like my life depended on it.
Goal (Long):
I wanna be 210 by this time next year (7/27/2010)- with visible muscular gains, and minimal fat gains. I hope to have hit 16" biceps by then flexed, if not then I will continue until they come. I want to hit 250 on the dumbells (125 in each hand) also by next year this time.
