My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

I usually work every muscle 1 time a week, and I never stick to a monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday routine. Every week it is different because your body does not know when its what day. Lagging body parts i try to fit in 2x a week, and dont leave any muscle untrained. I train for a great muscular contraction, rather than not feeling the muscle work.
