Got a small bench with concrete weights when I was a kid and have worked out since. I got very involved in lifting in high school and made huge gains. Ever since I've lifted off and on and just a few months ago got back into it full time - and I'm loving it.

The feeling; it's the best high in the world and all it takes is some time in the gym ... love it.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing to brag about ... Continuing to work out on a regular basis ... that's all that matters to me right now.

Goal (Long):
I've lifted off and on since a pretty serious stint in high school and finally decided to get back into weights full time to build the body I want. I'm in great shape and have a great frame to work with, so I know little by little I'll add the muscle mass I need. Then I'd like to shave off the excess fat and stay in shape for the rest of my life. I don't think there's a better health benefit than lifting weights.
