When I Started:
Apr, 2009
How I Started:
This is not my first time bodybuilding. I am returning from a seven year layoff. Why I returned is the real story here. I had reached the worst shape I ever been in . 230 .lbs cholesterol 3 times more then normal. I knew it was going to kill me if i did not change things. So I went back to what i knew . Bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Ever since I picked up my first Muscle&Fitness with Arnold as Conan the Barbarian on the cover (I was about 12 or so) i have been in love with bodybuilding ever since.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wish I could say since I was 12 i've been motivated but truth is I quit at about 19 started again at 28 quit again at 32 and now starting back again at 39. My motivation now is my family. I want to live a long healthy life and be there to see my children grow up. I've lost to many good friends at a young age I don't want to be next. But recently looking at my progress pics is really motivating me to continue to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
so far since starting to train again i have lost 70 .lbs
