I use to bodybuild when I was younger. It helped me through a very difficult time in my life. Now I do it to manage my stress, fitness, and as a part of my career.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feeling than seeing improvement in your physique through hard work and a diminished stress level!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay acountable to my friends and myself. We encourage each other.
BB Accomplishments:
I recently lost 34 pounds and gained 18 pounds of muscle.

In the last 12 weeks I have lost about 30 pounds of fat and gained 18 pounds of muscle. I want to loose another 20 pounds of fat and add another 10-15 pounds of muscle. I want to hit my healthy weight of 220-235 pounds!
Both Antonio and I have the similar goals. His dedication, hard work, and perservearance motivates and inspires me to pursue my goals. His willingness to help others has been a big help! Thanks for the diet advice! I start the Anabolic Diet next week!
Its been a hard week! Lots going on at work and as much if not more to be done at home. I only made it to the gym twice in my three days off! Although I made both workouts count I would have enjoyed getting in the third day! Instead of working out I did a 16 hour overtime shift... Priorities....
As a fellow Canadian I want to say that while I don't know what program you use I wanted to mention that I lost over 50 lb in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It is a 12 week body transformation program that really gives results. I don't know if you had heard of it but I wanted to mention it just in case. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goals. Believe and Achieve.
