How I Started:
well basically when i was younger i would always lift on and off bt never really got to much into it to see ny progress or nything like that not to mention i never had the equipment to do so... bt i finally made up my mind to go out and get a good weight bench and some weights n give it a real shot and here we are now
Why I Love It:
wow there is nothing better than a skinn ripping pump at the end of your workout as ur barely able to make a shake while wiping the sweat off ur head thats y i love lifting
How I Stay Motivated:
research and constant visits to the bdybuilding.com articles is what really helps me keep motivated i stard reading some of the stuff on here if im having a hard time getting going n bam there i am pushing iron...besides there is no energy like the energy i get when im lifting with my tunes cranked and my blood flowin
BB Accomplishments:
my biggest inprovement is the fact that im back at it again and more motivated as ever i slipped away for a while and kinda lost what i had bt im back now and more motivated than ever

so im very dissapointed with myself i was lifting and noticing results like crazy and became very happy with myself then all of a sudden some shit happend in my life that made it very hard to get to the iron bt ive got it all straightened out now and am very motivated once again i cannot wait...
