When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: got my own home and finally got the cash to get a decient weight system to workout with, liked to go to the gym with others bt never could find any one dedicated enuf to keep up with it n hated going to the gym by myself so i got the stuff at home and am getting started on my road to getting ripped!!!
Why I Love It: i love to lift because i like the look of a ripped body and the excess power helps out with doing alota of the stuff that i hav to doon a dailly basis, besides the fact of being fit and healthy...
How I Stay Motivated: i usually stay motivated by looking at myself n then picturing what i could look like, that and i alway read at the mens fittness mags n that helps make me wanna run to work out.
BB Accomplishments: nothing major as of now im a little more tonned than i was a year ago bt the biggest improvement i guesse would be getting the weight bench so that i can start improving

so im very dissapointed with myself i was lifting and noticing results like crazy and became very happy with myself then all of a sudden some shit happend in my life that made it very hard to get to the iron bt ive got it all straightened out now and am very motivated once again i cannot wait...
