Thursday: AM 60 minutes cardio; PM Chest/Triceps.
Friday: AM 60 minutes cardio
Saturday: AM 60 minutes cardio; PM Back/Biceps
Sunday: 30-60 minutes light cardio plus abs-heavy tri-sets.
