What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat 6 small meals/snacks a day every two to three hours. Three are shakes and three solid meals with a fist size portion of protein and a palm size portion of carbs. On December 14 I will be starting the Body for Life Challenge. It is a 12 week program sponsored by EAS. It consists of 3 days of HIIT Cardio and 3 days of Strength Training and 1 day of rest a week.
