I was overweight (255-260) with a negative self image and the thought of still being that way in my 30s motivated me to take action.

My energy levels are always increasing and each day I am in the best shape of my life.

Just think about the goal daily and I don't allow excuses.

On December 14 I will be starting the Body for Life Challenge. It is a 12 week program sponsored by EAS. It consists of 3 days of HIIT Cardio and 3 days of Strength Training and 1 day of rest a week.
