aarongay You know, that's a very common question. I, unlike yourself, have always been a pretty big guy. That having been said doesn't mean that I don't work very hard to get bigger. I personally believe in just good ol fashion heavy weight with the best form possible and simple all-out warfare when I go into the gym. aarongay For my last show I did a Dorian Yates HIT training style but, I'm currently doing something a little different; it's kinda a blend between DC training with heavy rest-pauses and FST7 style for some extra volume. Dec 30, 2011 10:46am
