Reason: Seeing the transformation that is possible from a busy professional with a family

Reason: His height and weight are similar to mine. Gives me hope that I can eventually obtain his level of development.

Reason: To see the transformation that a middle aged professional can do even with all the responsibilities that involves is pretty amazing. If he can do it I should be able to do it.
