Overall Goal: I started out skinny so im not as big as everyone else. i wanna get bigger but stay just as toned. my goal is that lean ripped look. what i have now but more defined and more muscle
Fit Status:
after gettin back, re injure both wrists. out for at least another month. f my life
I've always been skinny and have had people try to start crap with me. During my senior year i wanted no more of that. It was 2008 and i wanted to focus on building muscle. So i started lifting day after day and just became a natrual routine. i workout now days 7 days a week sometimes more than once a day. working out is my life and i love it more than anything. i will do whatever it takes to get ripped!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself. Im just focused on getting bigger and bigger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just wanna thank all these people here on bodybuilding.com to help inspire me by all there hard work and results showing it can be done
BB Accomplishments:
I really dont think ive accomplished anything yet. Im not anywhere near i wanna be.

Hey man- things have been going really well here- just crazy busy with the holidays and such. Yourself? Anything new going on? Still liftin heavy? Any changes?
Actually I don't think Navy & Air Force basic training is similar at all. We don't deal with water/swimming at all in Air Force basic training. Plus ours is only like 8 weeks. You have plenty of time to lift & etc after you graduate basic.

Man! That sucks..MRIs are so loud. You will probably have to rehab them for a while, but they will get better, hopefully. I have been doing well, but get really bored here.lol. Have a good weekend, and I hope we will still be able to lift together! :)

It was great, but I couldn't seem to do as many skull crushers! Maybe it was the lotion on my hands..it wouldn't come off..lol! Take it easy and hopefully I'll lift with you soon. Have a great day :)
Today, I worked Shoulders and Triceps. I actually switched up my regular routine....I decided to do heavier weight with lower reps, so we'll see if that helps me get more defined! I love rap too....it is awesome! Hope to meet ya soon. :)
