It all started in college in the Spring semester of 1997. I took a weight training class for extra credits one semester and the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy, mobile, strong and capable to take on countless challenges that can come my way. It also helps me relieve stress from work and life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and the urge to better myself are my motivation. I seldom workout without my iPod and I always make myself do an extra set.
