How I Started:
It all started in college in the Spring semester of 1997. I took a weight training class for extra credits and kept going since.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy, mobile, strong and capable to take on countless challenges that can come my way. It also helps me relieve stress from work and life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and the urge to better myself are my motivation. I seldom workout without my iPod and I always make myself do an extra set. Having a former football player for a workout buddy helps too.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-10. Lower reps for heavier weights for mass and higher reps for lighter weights for leanness.

Right now I'm doing 3-4 days of weights and cardio, and 2 days of crossfit training. I'm going to try and step up the cardio over the next month and see how that goes. Keep up the awesome work bro!
