You look great BTW. I only eat complex carbs pre and post workout, and usually at breakfast. 1 hour or so before I eat brown rice and chicken and veggies. Post wo I always have my protein and dextrose (sugar) immediately, then within 45 mins I eat another meal with protein and fast digesting carbs. Good luck with your training. :-)

Thank you so much!! Just the basics... Pullups/chins, Bent over rows, deadlifts,
T-bar rows, seated cable rows. I have found that heavy weight and lower reps helped me gain some size. Most important for me is my pre and post wo nutrition. Hope this helps. :-)

World Gym in Poco...also at home, I have a squat rack and bench, when I can't get to the gym..no excuses! LOL, Where do you workout?

My diet is pretty much the same everyday...I am eating very clean, and keeping the carbs high before and after training..especially leg day..It has helped me put on some size. You should compete!! Have a good one!

The training is coming along pretty good, I am still aiming for 4-5 days in the gym a week, and still trying to add a lil more size, maybe 5-10 lbs..Hope ur having an awesome day! :-)
