4th of July 180 lbs 190 lbs. - bigger (and a bit more fat!)
Kinda bulked up - I cut off the "abs" on purpose here. I've been consistent in workouts for a year now though, and am pretty happy with my progress. Am boosting protein in my nutrition now, too...
I have such a hard time putting on size, that I decided to give the cardio a little rest since Christmas. My strength is up, size is up, and some bodyfat came with the territory. I drop fat easily though, so no worries...

Losing some fat - I like being able to see the midline in my abs, but I am aiming to see all six by Christmas!
