THANK YOU for the notes you have posted in your Blog. You helped me realize I've been overtraining. I am immediately shifting back to my previously successful one bodypart per week program. (my diet is great, so this should work!)

Whatever you're doing, keep doing it! I've got a few years on you, and am working hard on arms, more chest thickness. You are on a good roll - keep going! Admirable physique, man.

You are seriously one of the most inspiring people on this website. I am about a year and a half into what I would call consistent, serious gym work, and am seeing good progress - but having you running ahead really gets me motivated!

Wow - I was going to ask if you did a lot of cardio... I think I got my answer. Your program is obviously working terrifically well for you. In the past, every time I added a lot of cardio, I lost everything, but I have boosted my protein intake, and this seems to be working really well.
Keep going, man - you look great!
