I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle while acheiving a body fat % of 10% or less.
Goal (Long):
Ive lost 125 lbs in two years...90lbs the first year and subsequently keeping it off while working out and managing to take off another 25lbs.
Now that I am not a fatty anymore and have gotten down to a more desirable body composition, I want to completely transform my body into something I can be proud of.
I want to be able to take my shirt off without being embarassed. I want to gain lean weight (even thats scary for me to say) and enhance my strength.
Im a big guy (tall), but since I have lost all my weight, even though Ive worked out, I feel like I am now tall and somewhat lanky. I want to have a "presence" when I walk into a room that even an outgoing personality cannot portray...
SO here it is...im currently 185lbs (down from 310).
Long term goals -
225lbs - lean and muscular
6% body fat or less
8 pack
For the shorter term
200lbs - lean and muscular
10% body fat or less
further define my 6 pack
