To lose the belly fat that remains and to tone up my mid-section, and entire body along with it.
Goal (Long):
To follow my faith & heart to do what is right. I want to look good, and most importantly, FEEL GOOD about myself physically AND mentally. I got down to around 185 about 3-4 years ago, and since then let myself get out of shape and out of line. Ballooned up to around 265+...was worthless, tired, and most of all hated myself. As of December of 2008, i started to change all of that. I believe God gave me the power to make these changes possible. I owe it all to my lord and saviour Jesus Christ for making this all possible, the ability to make the changes necessary in my life to get in shape and to feel good about myself.
I run everyday approx 4 miles/day in the evening...I walk for about 1 1/2 hours a day on my lunch & breaks...I do an ab workout everyday using iron gym ab straps/crunches on a workout ball/ab roller...every other day i do an iron gym workout - pull ups/push ups/sit ups/dips...3 sets...
