How I Started:
My brother got me into it. He was 135 pounds entering his freshman year of college. He started lifting and is a solid 200 lbs today. Seeing his transformation inspired me and my 130 pound frame.
Why I Love It:
Results. The harder you train, the better your results
Lifting makes you feel better, look better, and overall healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its not hard to stay motivated when your effort is going towards the right cause. Every time I get a compliment or look in the mirror... I get all the motivation I need.
BB Accomplishments:
Anyone can get bulky, but it takes dedication to get shredded. The scale isnt always better than the mirror.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would like to look like Hugh Jackman in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. But hes just so tall and thick its not likely to happen. With my body type I would like Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Lean and Ripped.
I played softball last night and I think I threw my shoulder out a little bit. Its making an annoying popping/clicking sound when I tried to do Flies today. It doesnt hurt at all, but it worries me a little bit. Anyways, I hit the gym today as follows

I heard of the serious mass people said good stuff about it. I want to try that pro complex gainer now. I've tried the pro complex and that was good I liked that a lot. Just tryin to get my chest a little bit bigger.
Ugh i have been sick from sunday-today and i dont think ive reached my highest sick point yet, but my stomache feels all ****ty inside so i havent been eating enough so i think ive lost a little. No matter though, ill gain it back plus some >:)
That muscle juice does work I have had it a while ago and gained a good 10 pounds. If you have any questions about anything just let me know. Nutrition or training let me know and I do what I can to help.
Yeah it took along time to gain that muscle but, no its definetly not fat. At the gym there is this little hand held body fat testing machine, and i keep using it and its always around 8%-13% bodyfat. so somewhere in there, im happy in either of that area

yeah I have a tank top but it isnt as cool as some of the other ones I see lol, like the shredded guys wear the ones with gigantic holes on the sides so you can see their lats
It can be done just don't expenct to put on as much mass when dieting as you would if you had an excess of calories coming in. Best way to put on size is bulk then slowly cut. But its no fun having the extra fat on your body, but then again the extra energy is nice too.
