This picture was taken on October 22, 2005 on a trip to the zoo. I had gained 30 lbs in about 2.5 years and I was feeling pretty sluggish. No exercise and lots of Dr. Peppers were part of my every day life.

Minor Transition

I started working out on February 1st and by the end of March, I was feeling better and seeing results. I cut out carbonated drinks completely, started eating clean, and reduced my portion sizes.

After shedding 25 lbs. - 150 Lbs.

I'm not neglecting my legs. My calves are up to 15 inches and growing. My thighs are 23 inches and growing also.
