my dad and my grandpa were always huge as well as most of my family so by seeing them it made me want to get huge as well. then i started lifting a little and got addicted!
Why I Love It:
i love being in shape
How I Stay Motivated:
look at how far ive come and that if i dont keep moving on it is all a waste.
BB Accomplishments:
-benching over 300 pounds
more will be on the way :)
so i havent been lifting much the past few months and staring today im not stopping for hopefully along logn time but i ned some motivation to kep pushing myself!!
Hey man, I'm still trying to lose the fat!! What I have done so far is cut out all the crap that I normaly eat, and cut my carbs down to only carbs from green veg for two days then have a carb meal on the third day i.e rice and make sure you eat bit more protein, but most important no snack foods (cake, crisps, chips, chocolate, ice cream, biscuits, or anything like that.
2 dozen eggs a day some greens and a gallon and a half of water!! 300grams of protein a day it really does matter!! lift heavy and hard almost no breaks in between sets!just long enough to change weights i did supersets!
I carb cycle thorughout the week, and carb taper....I consume on the weekends high amount of carbs, then drop them heavily throughout the week. I run about 1-2miles a day right after lifting. I have to be careful cuz my metabolism is so fast if i do too much cardio, i drop weight quick.
I was getting 2100 calories a day, I had it broke down to 60% protein, 20% carbs and 20% fat somedays I would lower the protein and up the carbs. I wasn't doing any cardio.
there are at home or online study courses you can take through various places...ask somebody at your gym which certs they prefer so you can get the right one...Good Luck!!
Well, thank you! My biggest secret....I won't die from hunger....and.....no matter what I eat, I will be full in 20 minutes and won't think about it later....so I might as well eat healthy!! I can tell by your shape you will have some GREAT abs when you cut!
Great progress dude. You have made great gains in your progress already. The weight loss looks great and I see you gained a little weight back as muscle. Keep up the great work.
No reason other than I'm keeping it realistic. It's not that I think you're a 1 in those pics. But you see so many people with all these pics rated at 9 or 10 and it's unrealistic because only one or two people voted.
I think 5 means average - nothing wrong with that. So if my 1 gets you a 6 or 7 that's still realistic - because you ARE above average.
So yeah 1 is ridiculous, but so is 10. Think of it as balancing out the retardedly high grades.
No offense (really).
