I started watching the Biggest Loser and wanted to start working out.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself, it helps relieve stress, and it will help me show all those people who ever told me I can't.

Goal (Long):
Well, due to another setback, I'm setting a short-term goal to be down to 170 lbs by June 21st. That means a little over a week to get there! I will get there. I would have reached my initial goal if I hadn't pulled my quad in a softball game. My long-term goal is to be between 155-160 lbs by the end of the summer!
She's a hard worker and a sweet person! She is a great inspiration to many people and is dedicated to reaching her goals! Great person to talk to and get advice from!

Just take it slow. You are only given so many body parts!!! Some are replaceable, but you really don't want those!!!

good that you're recovered!!! Injuries suck, when i had my surgery it was painful (mentally) to not be able to go to the gym!!! It was so nice once i could get back to it!!!!
