My Workout Program
Well, pretty much, I'm only doing cardio right now to drop body fat. I'm currently running a mile a day. I also just bought a couple of work out videos. The first one is The Biggest Loser Cardio Max. The second one is Dancing with the Stars Latin Cardio Dance. I will be doing one in the morning and then the other at night so I can switch things up. I'm hoping to achieve my major goal by Christmas! That's to be down to 155-160 lbs. I'll keep you posted on how it is working out.
