Goal (Long):
I'm wanting to lose 40 lbs and to keep it off! I'm looking for great motivation to keep me from falling off the work out wagon again! I've fallen short of my goals time and time again because of injuries and frustrations of not seeing results fast enough.
She's a hard worker and a sweet person! She is a great inspiration to many people and is dedicated to reaching her goals! Great person to talk to and get advice from!

I want to compete in the figure competitions but I am not sure what competition I will enter into yet. I will pick a competition when the NPC contest list comes out. Someday I want to compete in fitness contests as well, but we will see!
my workouts are AWESOME... i have been doing a three day split with my sister mon chest tris shoulders, tues legs and butt, thurs back bis and saturday a full bod circuit. i also do yoga on tues and thurs :) plus my hour of cardio EVERYDAY. i get a serious rush from working out. i can't remember the last time i thought, "i don't feel like working out today" today i was playing with brayden like he was my dumbell haha you lifting these days!?!
i know i thought the cottage cheese and pb sounded rank... but i LOVED IT! well i'm sure the cinnimon and splenda are part of my love for it hehe. ;) i did the ice cream thing last weekend... i'm ganna try to keep it on track this weekend. i'm experimenting a little bit... i'm tired of killing myself so i'm trying maintenance cals 4days a week and diet 3 days. i'm not in a rush right. so i think this will help me with the head games.
my thing lately has been (i know i know i know this sounds weird) but mix cottage cheese with natural peanut butter (if i eat it alone i'll sit down and eat the whole jar by itself with nothing but a spoon!) and put it in celery, spray butter, cinnimon and splenda.... tada. YUM! and said and done it's only 200 cals! what did you splurge on this weekend? i had ice cream like whoa. (that and pb are my two worst things these days)
i wish i could find something to replace those cheerios. i have tried a few of the "gluten free cheerios substitutes" but they are super airy and not near as satisfying so i just eat the whole box and think, "well that sucked and i'm not even full so now what." and then i go hammer a bag of snack size snickers haha. (i NEVER ate that sort of stuff until i had to say goodbye to the cheerios!)
it's easiest for me to cut hard for five or six days and then splurge (but my splurges are not human i swear... they are HUGE) i think that works well for me too, but i feel that's not as healthy and i also don't really want my son to see that as an example growing up if that makes sence. (not to mention i feel like crap for three days after wards!!)
ever since i found out and had to give up the cheerios i have had trouble with sugar. i never had this much trouble with it before that. i don't know if i am better to go balls to the wall for the week and have one day to have at it or try ot learn moderation with it and have a LITTLE everyday.
funny... honey nut cheerios actually used to be my FAVORITE food in the whole world... and i could eat just one serving of them and all the world was right... but i have a problem with wheat... well it's the wheat protien (gluten) and i get really sick when i eat it.
