To be happy with my body again! New pics coming in 2 weeks!
Goal (Long):
I'm wanting to lose 40 lbs and to keep it off! I'm looking for great motivation to keep me from falling off the work out wagon again! I've fallen short of my goals time and time again because of injuries and frustrations of not seeing results fast enough.
Steve is a awesome worker! He's got great drive and dedication in being at the top of his game! He's helped many people on here and inspires people to reach their goals. All around good guy.
She's a hard worker and a sweet person! She is a great inspiration to many people and is dedicated to reaching her goals! Great person to talk to and get advice from!
Ok, I took my new pic to show myself that I need to lose a lot of weight because my face is FAT!!!!!! Just like the rest of my body! I need to quit eating terrible and get off the "FAT TRAIN" and get on the "WORK OUT TRAIN"!! Cardio twice a day is what I need to...
Well, pretty much, I'm only doing cardio right now to drop body fat. I'm currently running a mile a day. I also just bought a couple of work out videos. The first one is The Biggest Loser Cardio Max. The second one is Dancing with the Stars Latin Cardio Dance. I will be doing one in...
it's easiest for me to cut hard for five or six days and then splurge (but my splurges are not human i swear... they are HUGE) i think that works well for me too, but i feel that's not as healthy and i also don't really want my son to see that as an example growing up if that makes sence. (not to mention i feel like crap for three days after wards!!)
ever since i found out and had to give up the cheerios i have had trouble with sugar. i never had this much trouble with it before that. i don't know if i am better to go balls to the wall for the week and have one day to have at it or try ot learn moderation with it and have a LITTLE everyday.
funny... honey nut cheerios actually used to be my FAVORITE food in the whole world... and i could eat just one serving of them and all the world was right... but i have a problem with wheat... well it's the wheat protien (gluten) and i get really sick when i eat it.
ugh anything with sugar in it turns me into a green monster. but i can overeat oatmeal if that's all i have around so i can't totaly blame sugar... it's me... but sugar is my drive. i can eat a chip and walk away anyday. sweets are much harder. he's fabulous. he finally is done with meds today. and i can't put him down! usually he is crying and wants to be held but today it's me that wants to hold him alld ay! haha
I might invest in a photo shoot once I reach my goal. Right now it's all about the self-timer on the digital camera.. way better than the cell phone pics. Best of luck... no need to be nervous, just SMILE :-)
i used to do bodybuilding competitions so i tweaked that sort of meal plan to have more fruit basically. i think calories are most important though so i will switch stuff out sometimes to have something that isn't so "clean" but if i'm not careful, i'll slip into that habit and the whole day will be on target for calories, but made up entirely of hershey kisses. (oh it's happened!) i'd rather make that mistake than overeat liek i have been lately though.
i'd love that! are you on a specific plan or just watching it... etc? i'm a big fan of calorie counting. i guess i have a rough meal plan that i sort of adapt in the afternoons but i think i need more structure there because that's when i slip when i do.
i would have liked to dress up, but we are pretty broke and just decided it wasn't somewhere to put the money this year. brayden got to be a lion. i will try to get his pics on here later this week :)
i wish i had taken pictures a few days before my "wedding" because my abs looked better than they have ever before or since... i was really cut that week before and i didn't take ANYTHING but a multivitamin. i started struggling with my diet about a week before the "wedding" then though and have been troubled every since. ugh!
i totally agree... you don't know what the heck they put in that crap anymore... i used to work in a gym here in york and we sold supplements and i REALLY liked the company we sold for. the fda regulated them because they were linked with a parmecuetical company. that's the stuff to go with but there are only a few supp companies like that out there.
