How I Started:
Been playing sports all my life and in 2003 tore my shoulder into peices. I gained over 40 pounds and now im trying to get it all back off. My recovery time was over 18 months before i was able to work out again by that time I was so out of shape I didnt want to go to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I like the way i feel and I like to look good!

Goal (Long):
I'm about 240 now and i want to stay there but now i want to cut my body fat down real at the sacrifice of a few pounds but not too many.
Critique my diet please need more cut faster. This is what eat on a daily basis. HELP!!!11
1. 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites, bacon and wheat toast
2. shake
3. chicken breast 8-10 oz green beans/corn mix brown rice
4. shake
5. chicken breast 8-10 oz green beans/corn mix no rice

wow, saw ur progress pix...hell yeah you're headed in the right direction... u've built up your shoulders, arms, and pecs...your midsection is leaning out too...keep it up!
If you want some intersting meals that still allow you eat clean and get lean, try the Men's Fitness annual guides...I steal a lot of meals from them. Boredom makes you complacent...
I hope to get back in the top 5-I dont like this 6th place thing ya know-I want a shera(trophy) well forget the trophy I want 1st or at least 3rd or better. If you really want to lose weight and/or get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life.
