The difference between your physique on 8/21/09 vs. the older, skinny you is unreal!!! How old were you in the skinny (yet muscular) pics? Your new back mass blew me away, btw. What's your lifts now?

Thank you for the add and the encouragement. I'm going to have a set-back coming up due to shoulder surgery in November. No training for 3 months following.

Justin, it was great running into you today. Congrats again on the Top 10 in that NPC comp. You look even bigger than 175+ in your photo. I hope to check in every now and then to see you progress to your 210lb bulk weight.

Been pretty consistent in the gym. Still working around the shoulder injury. Finally found that I could use the pec fly machine so pecs have been growing finally. Almost doing the entire stack for my leg presses for 3x15. Working on increasing my cardio workouts. You?
