puny kid growing up, i always admired "the Hulk" ...didn't know that was Lou till later learning about the bodybuilding world. I've been hooked every since.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing my body transform, seeing muscles build & physically becoming the body type I admire. I love the burn from the pump of iron. i love how i feel when i'm in shape; emotionally, confidence wise, and health wise. I'm even sharper at the office when i'm in shape physically. It's a great & positive outlet for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately, bodybuilding.com has helped quite a bit. you guys are incredible. i'm now working out to improve not only my physique, but my health. with back problems and a sedentary job, my health and physique plummeted in the last few years. i need to restore myself to healthy, physically fit Me and improve my appearance so i can LIKE the reflection of what I see in the mirror.

WAIST WANT TO BRING BACK DOWN TO AT LEAST A 30. ARMS...CAN I GET SOME...I HAVE NONE. SO PLEASE MY BB BROTHAS AND SISTAS. HELP A AGING BROTHER OUT! i BASICALLY NEED AN OVERHAUL.. A MAKE OVER. i LOVE THE "BULK MUSCLE LOOK". I'M A SHORT DUDE. SO THAT WOULD GIVE ME A "BULL DOG" LOOK. How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your cardio exercise plan?
i really want to increase my cardio to 4-5 times a week. mix up bike and treadmill work. back doesn't like the pounding on the treadmill when i run. so i put it on incline and walk fast...gets bori...more

I see you dropped me a line back in Sept. My bad, I've been off site for a minute. I tweaked my lower back doing deadlifts, sacraficing "Quality for Quanitity". But I'm back again, I can't stop. LOL. What's good with you and how's training going?
