puny kid growing up, i always admired "the Hulk" ...didn't know that was Lou till later learning about the bodybuilding world. I've been hooked every since.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing my body transform, seeing muscles build & physically becoming the body type I admire. I love the burn from the pump of iron. i love how i feel when i'm in shape; emotionally, confidence wise, and health wise. I'm even sharper at the office when i'm in shape physically. It's a great & positive outlet for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately, bodybuilding.com has helped quite a bit. you guys are incredible. i'm now working out to improve not only my physique, but my health. with back problems and a sedentary job, my health and physique plummeted in the last few years. i need to restore myself to healthy, physically fit Me and improve my appearance so i can LIKE the reflection of what I see in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
Would like to loose about 10 pounds of body fat. Gain quality muscle, overall, but particularly legs, abs, pecs and bi's.. i BASICALLY NEED AN OVERHAUL.. A MAKE OVER. i LOVE THE "BULK MUSCLE LOOK". I'M A SHORT DUDE. SO THAT WOULD GIVE ME A "BULL DOG" LOOK. SO I'D LIKE TO BULK UP W/QUALITY MUSCLE FOR THE LOOK I WANT AND DESCREASE BODY FAT AND ERASE THE MID SECTION TO ASSIST WITH BETTER BACK HEALTH. I WANT TO LOOK LIKE YOU WHO I'VE SELECTED AS "FRIENDS",

Thanks bro it takes a lot of hard work to keep my muscle and waist size while dieting down from like 165 to like 150 it's hard work bro. good luck reaching ur goals!
