puny kid growing up, i always admired "the Hulk" ...didn't know that was Lou till later learning about the bodybuilding world. I've been hooked every since.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing my body transform, seeing muscles build & physically becoming the body type I admire. I love the burn from the pump of iron. i love how i feel when i'm in shape; emotionally, confidence wise, and health wise. I'm even sharper at the office when i'm in shape physically. It's a great & positive outlet for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately, bodybuilding.com has helped quite a bit. you guys are incredible. i'm now working out to improve not only my physique, but my health. with back problems and a sedentary job, my health and physique plummeted in the last few years. i need to restore myself to healthy, physically fit Me and improve my appearance so i can LIKE the reflection of what I see in the mirror.

JUST PASSED THE 30S, SO NOW I'M LOOKING TO GAIN THE FITNESS GOALS I'VE SPORADICALLY HAVE REACHED FOR IN THE PAST. WAIST WANT TO BRING BACK DOWN TO AT LEAST A 30. ARMS...CAN I GET SOME...I HAVE NONE. SO PLEASE MY BB BROTHAS AND SISTAS. HELP A AGING BROTHER OUT! i BASICALLY NEED AN OVERHAUL.. A MAKE OVER. i LOVE THE "BULK MUSCLE LOOK". I'M A SHORT DUDE. SO THAT WOULD GIVE ME A "BULL DOG" LOOK. obviously dedicated to quality muscle. this dude's back and arms are incredible!....Oh, and the almost non-existent waist is crazy. Have you checked out his "vacuum" shot! CRAZY!

I see you dropped me a line back in Sept. My bad, I've been off site for a minute. I tweaked my lower back doing deadlifts, sacraficing "Quality for Quanitity". But I'm back again, I can't stop. LOL. What's good with you and how's training going?
