puny kid growing up, i always admired "the Hulk" ...didn't know that was Lou till later learning about the bodybuilding world. I've been hooked every since.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing my body transform, seeing muscles build & physically becoming the body type I admire. I love the burn from the pump of iron. i love how i feel when i'm in shape; emotionally, confidence wise, and health wise. I'm even sharper at the office when i'm in shape physically. It's a great & positive outlet for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately, bodybuilding.com has helped quite a bit. you guys are incredible. i'm now working out to improve not only my physique, but my health. with back problems and a sedentary job, my health and physique plummeted in the last few years. i need to restore myself to healthy, physically fit Me and improve my appearance so i can LIKE the reflection of what I see in the mirror.

JUST PASSED THE 30S, SO NOW I'M LOOKING TO GAIN THE FITNESS GOALS I'VE SPORADICALLY HAVE REACHED FOR IN THE PAST. I see you dropped me a line back in Sept. My bad, I've been off site for a minute. I tweaked my lower back doing deadlifts, sacraficing "Quality for Quanitity". But I'm back again, I can't stop. LOL. What's good with you and how's training going?
