Well, I used to weight 210lbs, and I lost it, but now I wanna get big and massive with muscle.
Why I Love It:
The pump. The way it makes me feel. The looks and comments I get. The thrill of putting up more weight than last time. The hope of one day competeing. And finally, it helps keep my eating disorder under control.

Now that my eating disorder is under control, I want to compete at this time next year.
Goal (Long):
I want to stay in a mass gaining phase until the beginning of next year, at which time I will find a contest during the summertime and begin to cut the fat away for that show. During this mass phase, I want to get my deadlift up to 500+ lbs for 3 reps and my squat to 350 lbs for 5-10 reps
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
