First progress picture, been training hard for the past month without the use of supplements, just high protein diets and it seems to be working okay. I would definitely like to add some mass to my arms and chest so I am open to any suggestions. I am quite pleased with the progress made on my traps and delts.

I am 160 Ilbs and am finding it very hard to gain weight, despite the fact that I am consuming lots and lots of food. I am making slow progress though...
