To creatively eat clean.
Avoiding processed foods, preparing all meals accept one cheat meal a week at home. Incorporating tons of lean meats, fresh veggies, multiple protein sources and flavoring with herbs and salt free seasonings!
Example of a typical day is below:
Breakfast
?>6 egg whites
>1 slice Ezekiel Bread w/1 tbs Adams Natural Creamy Peanut Butter OR 1/2 c. Old Fashioned oatmeal
Morning Meal
>Lean White Meat (chicken, tilapia, ground turkey/chicken)
>Veggies
Lunch
>Lean White Meat (chicken, tilapia, ground turkey/chicken)
>Veggies
>1/2 c Rice, Quinoa, Couscous, Bulgur, Barley
Afternoon Meal
>Lean White Meat (chicken, tilapia, ground turkey/chicken)
>Veggies
Pre Workout (45min-1 hour before)
>Whey Protein Shake
Post Workout (8:30-9:00p)
>Casein Protein Shake
?Evening Meal (9:30-10:00p)
>6 Egg Whites
>1/2 Avocado

I'm excited to say, it's been almost 6 months without any alcohol! Upon completing my transformation I decided to see how long I could go without drinking, to give myself a new challenge. Happy to report I'm still going strong, with the goal of 1 year of no drinking! We'll see how it goes, I know I can do it!

According to it's definition, a transformation is an act, process, or instance of TRANSFORMING or being TRANSFORMED... When I started this journey three months ago, I had no idea how the process would go or if any transformation would actually take place...
As I write this today, I can officially say I have been transformed more than I ever anticipated! I grew stronger both inside and out, boosting my energy, health and overall confidence level!! What an AMAZ
