Well, I used to lift back in my early 20's when I was a toothpick, but I could never gain any weight.
Now that I'm in my 30's, gaining weight isn't the problem... So, when I started working for Bodybuilding.com, I realized that I'd better get off my glutes and lose some weight and eat better - and thereby control my cholesterol (dang french fries!) and improve my overall level of health.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't reached my goal yet. As long as I haven't reached it, it keeps bugging me. I hate it when something keeps bugging me...
BB Accomplishments:
I almost got beat up by Flex Wheeler at my first Olympia. LOL

I want to gain muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage from 18% to 10%.
Goal (Long):
I lost 15 lbs of fat recently, but I want to further improve my body composition more. I also want to pack on 10 lbs of lean muscle over the next year.
I just recently got a home gym set up with a Powertec Leverage Workbench machine, a treadmill, and some free weights (assorted dumbbells and a barbell w/ plates), so it's time to get serious.
I'm trying a three-day split, training different muscle groups every other day, with light cardio...

I dropped by to see how you are doing and ask how things are going? I hope that all is well and that you motivation is staying high. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell.
Congratulations on losing weight! I love the Kraft Mac and Cheese box you were wearing on your Myspace page! Good luck in keeping Bodybuilding.com going!
Dear Killer Queen, the fairest maiden there has ever been. If thou were to look ever so briefly my way, ever so ephemeral a glance, so sweet a bright light would condescend from the very heavens I should surely die with a smile on my still-warm lips and a tear cresting in my still-shining eyes, a tear of the very distillation of the conglomerate of all of histories joys.
