Well, I used to lift back in my early 20's when I was a toothpick, but I could never gain any weight.
Now that I'm in my 30's, gaining weight isn't the problem... So, when I started working for Bodybuilding.com, I realized that I'd better get off my glutes and lose some weight and eat better - and thereby control my cholesterol (dang french fries!) and improve my overall level of health.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't reached my goal yet. As long as I haven't reached it, it keeps bugging me. I hate it when something keeps bugging me...
BB Accomplishments:
I almost got beat up by Flex Wheeler at my first Olympia. LOL

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicenced pharmacist".
I want to gain muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage from 20% to 12%.
Goal (Long):
I lost 15 lbs of fat recently, but I want to further improve my body composition more. I also want to pack on 10 lbs of lean muscle over the next year.
I just recently got a home gym set up with a Powertec Leverage Workbench machine, a treadmill, and some free weights (assorted dumbbells and a barbell w/ plates), so it's time to get serious.
I'm trying a three-day split, training different muscle groups every other day, with light cardio...
