Overall Goal: I want to gain muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage from 18% to 10%.
Fit Status:
Eating some pink salmon. Mmmm.
Motivation Level: 8/10

When I Started:
Oct, 2005
How I Started:
Well, I used to lift back in my early 20's when I was a toothpick, but I could never gain any weight.
Now that I'm in my 30's, gaining weight isn't the problem... So, when I started working for Bodybuilding.com, I realized that I'd better get off my glutes and lose some weight and eat better - and thereby control my cholesterol (dang french fries!) and improve my overall level of health.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't reached my goal yet. As long as I haven't reached it, it keeps bugging me. I hate it when something keeps bugging me...
BB Accomplishments:
I almost got beat up by Flex Wheeler at my first Olympia. LOL

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist".
I want to gain muscle and reduce my bodyfat percentage from 18% to 10%.
Goal (Long):
I lost 15 lbs of fat recently, but I want to further improve my body composition more. I also want to pack on 10 lbs of lean muscle over the next year.
I just recently got a home gym set up with a Powertec Leverage Workbench machine, a treadmill, and some free weights (assorted dumbbells and a barbell w/ plates), so it's time to get serious.
I'm trying a three-day split, training different muscle groups every other day, with light cardio...
Hey man, just a quick bug report - editing of specific short term goals does not work in Firefox 3.0. The box does not expand. Only works in IE apparently.
ive been trying to get a moderater for the last 4 days to check the thread and no one has come to help me i love this website but i wish people could respond much better when people have a general complaint
hello richard im not sure whether your a moderater for the threads of BB and there forums but i want to you to take alook at a thread that has been posted about me thats so negative
Hey I was wondering if there is anyway I can put my programming skills to use for bb.com? I would love to give back to bb.com since they do so much for everyone else.
So since you work for bbing.com, it is pretty much a prerequisite to workout? That must be a pretty sweet job though! If you ever have an accounting position open....keep me in mind.
Hey Richard, about 6 months ago I competed in a bench press competition in Boise. It was the 11 Western States Police/Fireman Olympics and I saw you guys had a booth set up, probably the highest traffic booth there!
Anyways, im going to do the games again this year. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. ie help with the booth or dates of events etc...
Eric
Thanks SO much! I love them!
