Actually, you've probably passed me by now. I haven't been lifting regularly for far too long. I hope to get back into it soon. Work & kids, two four letter words that can really mess ya up!

Stalker, smalker! Sorry, things have been CRAZY in my life. Inches, last time I checked I had about 69.5 of them! I haven't measured my circumferences in ages. I'll have to do that!

You can do it, I did! Well, depends on which part of my 20's I compare it to. I'd take my springs from my early 20's back but it's definitely better now than it was in my late 20's.

Hi LionChick thanks for the comment and the offer. I've always been more of a sprinter than an endurance athlete but I'm learning about pacing with my bike!
If you have any tips on eating for raceday - 3 hour race shoot em over to me. I usually just eat a decent breakfast & maybe sandwich before the race since it starts at 11 am and goes 3 hours.
Love your determination - you are an athlete so you CAN do whatever you put your mind to!

Thanks T!
I ride trails all over the Northwest and race at a local track in Spokane. I won the Ironwoman Class at the 3 hour harescramble so felt great. Just got back from 3 days of dirtbikin in Moab, UT and tackled the "5 Miles of Hell" trail. Didn't know a CR500 could be used for trials riding but my body tells me I did it!
Congrats on the WR426 - nice bike!

Funny but I've never tried spinning - looks too hard! 3 hours on the dirtbike is tough but it's me against myself and hopefully not the dirt.
Thanks for the comments and I will be updating my progress as I go along! I look forward to seeing how you continue too, sound like you are getting into the healthy lifestyle too.

Hi Xquisit, I am working on improving my strength and endurance for dirbike racing. My next race is March 18th and it's a 3 hour team race that I am planning to ironwoman, meaning ride the full 3 hours without a partner.
I did it last fall and felt like I needed to be in better condition to complete a couple more laps without losing the ability to ride confidently.
