ahhh eating healthy, well i am finding my fight with my fat is a loosing one at the moment. that fat where my lower abs would be is geting bigger and tubbier by the day. How do i stop this? i know how to stop it LIFT HEAVY, EAT HEALTHY. so why is it i cant to do this, its a matter of self...
